Terms and Conditions

Website prices:
All our web site prices include VAT at 17.5%. The 17.5% will be deducted if you live outside the European Union. Clients outside of the European Union are responsible for their own duties and taxes.

Delivery costs:
The charge for postage is £10 for any item up to £500. There is no postage charge for any item above £500 unless a courier service is requested or required. Clients outside of the European Union are responsible for their own duties and taxes.

Payment arrangements:
A deposit will be taken on items that are made to order with the balance payable when the goods are shipped.

Delivery arrangements: By post, courier or collected from our Bond Street showroom.  We will process the order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for delivery if the item is in stock (UK only). International delivery times depend on the method used. When possible , if the item is in stock delivery should be faster.

Right to Cancel:
Provided goods are returned as sold within 7 working days, they can be exchanged or a full refund provided. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The period for which the price quoted remains valid:
We reserve the right to change web site prices at any time. Once we have entered into a contract, the purchase price will stay the same even if the web site price has changed. If the goods requested are unavailable, we will quote a price and estimated delivery time. Substitute goods will not be sent.

Guarantee:
The items of jewellery are fully guaranteed against any defect in material or craftmanship excepting any natural inclusions in stones and loss or accidental damage.
